These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.myautoiq.com (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. The Site is operated by InfoMoney Corp d/b/a myautoIQ ("myautoIQ," "we," "us," or "our").

If you are a myautoIQ customer using our products and services through a separate Order Form or services agreement, those documents govern your use of the myautoIQ platform and services.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, accounts, or systems;

  • Use any automated means to access the Site (including scraping, bots, or crawlers) except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our prior written consent.

3. Customer Login / Dashboard Access

If the Site provides access to a customer portal or dashboard login, your access and use may be subject to additional terms, including the applicable Order Form and services agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MYAUTOIQ OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYAUTOIQ'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).
