Position Overview
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Associate to support our Product team. This role will primarily focus on content development for customer onboarding. The secondary focus will involve managing email campaigns and overseeing website content updates.
The ideal candidate will excel in adapting marketing technology tools to our business and will be a strong communicator and collaborator. This role requires a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible and open-minded.
Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Content Development: Work closely with the Product team to develop, review, and refine customer onboarding templates. Ensure all content is aligned with product goals and branding and obtain necessary approvals from key stakeholders.

Email Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to secure approvals and ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.

Website Content Management: Own the process of updating and maintaining website content. Collaborate with relevant teams to get content reviewed and approved, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company branding and objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively and partner with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and smooth approval processes for all content-related projects.

Marketing Tools Management: Utilize marketing tools to execute and analyze email campaigns and website updates. Platforms include ActiveCampaign, Wix, Stripo, HubSpot, Canva, and more.

Performance Reporting: Track and report the effectiveness of email campaigns and website updates, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field

2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably focusing on content development, email marketing, and website management

Proven experience managing approvals across various teams, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with HTML and expertise in marketing tools such as email marketing platforms and CMS

Strong writing, research, and visual communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities

A quick learner who adapts to changing requirements and works well in a collaborative setting

Experience in the technology or automotive industry is a plus
